Bills are due on the 15th of every month. If payment is not recived by the 15th a $15.00 or 10% percentage, whichever is greater, fee will be added. LHMWSC is not responsible for the U.S. Mail Derlivery. LHMWSC offers its customers the ability to receive bills by email to avoid postal issues. Failure to receive your bill does not excuse you from making a payment on time. Online payments are accepted at lhmwsc.com or by calling 903-480-3987. You may also pay with check, cash or money order at the drop box located on the fence in front of the office 24/7.
