Little Hope Moore Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Pay 

Our ACH is now active. Once enrolled the payments will be drafted on the 15th of each month. We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts. All Credit/Debt card payments will be charged a surcharge by the third party processor.

Payment by Phone 

You may also pay your bill 24/7 by calling:  903-480-3987.  Have your account number handy and follow the prompts. All credit/debit cards will be charged a surcharge by the third party processor.

Payment with Credit or Debit Card at the Office

We now have a credit card terminal for you to make payments with your credit/debit card in the office between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. All credit/debit cards will be charged a surcharge by the third party processor.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. We also have a 24 hour drop box for your convenience. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments are sent from your bank to a check writing company and may take up to seven business days to be received by mail to the LHM office and then to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
